Carbon Reduction Plan

This policy applies to those working at all levels, including directors, employees, consultants, contractors, trainees, homeworkers, part-time and fixed-term employees, casual and agency staff, work experience staff and volunteers.

Angela Vodden Associates Consulting Ltd, trading as AVAC Ltd, is a leading northwest construction and procurement project law firm specialising in delivering first-class consultancy services to both the public and private sectors.

We deliver our services both within the northwest and nationally covering England and Wales.  AVAC has a strong customer service culture and a high level of client retention.

AVAC largely has a UK centric supplier base and is therefore considered to be low risk in engaging with modern slavery or trafficking activities.  Despite this, AVAC takes modern slavery risk very seriously.

We shall keep under constant review the effectiveness of the steps we are taking to reduce our carbon footprint in our own organisation and supply chains and will take such further steps as we deem necessary to effect improvements.

Our Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

The statement was approved by the Managing Director of AVAC Limited, Dr Angela Vodden, on 1st August 2022 and is updated annually.
